Npower Health Through Warmth (HTW) is a project that was created to offer help to people in England and Wales who have long-term illnesses and are having difficulties funding heating and insulation measures in their homes. Clients don’t have to be or become an npower customer to receive help.

The project has been continually funded by Npower in their support for warmer homes and better health.

Who qualifies for help?
Homeowners People with long-term illness who own and occupy their own home in England or Wales, but also have a low income and little or no savings (assessed) and can’t fully fund the work themselves.

HTW will check to make sure the person is eligible, so they’ll have to fill in some forms about their income, expenditure and other details. Click on the link below for more information.
